His interest in video production began at a young age and has grown through hands-on experience creating and editing media projects. With a background that spans all stages of production—from planning and filming to post-production—Thomas enjoys collaborating with others and is excited to further develop his technical and creative skills as a Video Technician in the live events industry.

Wendy is a Computer Science student at California State University San Marcos with a minor in Video & Film Production. Drawn to the intersection of technology and creativity, she is passionate about using lighting to shape audience experiences and bring live events to life. With a strong technical foundation in programming and systems, Wendy is excited to apply her problem-solving skills in a creative environment while expanding her knowledge of lighting technology and production.

Jalen holds a degree in English and Creative Writing with a minor in Cinema. His experience as a video production assistant at the University of Iowa gave him hands-on training in live streaming and production logistics. He is eager to bring his creativity and technical skills to the world of live events.

Julian is a Film student at the ArtCenter College of Design, with extensive experience in lighting design, console programming, and electrical systems. His background in theatre and independent contracting makes him a strong asset to the team.

Our Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) launched successfully in 2024, with applications shared via email, social media, and through our high school and college pre-apprenticeship networks. Our campaign was further amplified through partnerships with California’s Arts, Media, and Entertainment (AME) organization, Bric Foundation, Diversify the Stage, and Amplify Her Voice.
