Program Eligibility

  • Applicants must be at least 18-24 years old

  • Resident of the greater Los Angeles area

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required

  • Authorization to Work in the US

  • Pre-apprenticeship training or prior experience in live events

  • A passion for the industry and a willingness to learn

Program Overview

The Events Vocational Education Network (EVEN) offers a comprehensive Registered Apprenticeship Program designed to bridge the gap between aspiring technical professionals and the dynamic live events industry. Based in Los Angeles, a global hub for entertainment and live events, our program provides unparalleled opportunities for hands on, paid on-the-job training with some of the industry's leading employers. Participants are also required to complete Related Supplemental Instruction (RSI) through our online learning management system.

  • Candidates will be invited for an interview with the EVEN team to assess their suitability and enthusiasm for the program.

  • Upon acceptance into the program, apprentices will interview with an employer partner, aligned with the participants’ career pathway and begin onboarding.
