What We Do.
As backstage professionals, our job is to fade into the background so that others may shine brightly. Naturally, this low profile makes it difficult for individuals without resources or connections to find their way into our fold. As a result, the backstage industry has a diversity problem. EVEN was created to bring awareness to our industry while addressing a diversity problem by building an end-to-end education pipeline.
