  • Ben - Volt Lites

    LIGHTING TECHNICIAN

    With five years of experience in lighting, Ben is passionate about creating immersive environments through light. He has hands-on experience with lighting plots, programming, and setting up systems, and is eager to expand his skills in a professional setting.

  • Dede - Fuse Technical Group

    VIDEO TECHNICIAN

    Dede brings a well-rounded background in production management, digital content strategy, and event coordination. With experience at Trojan Event Services and Steve Madden, Dede is excited to apply their knowledge and technical expertise to live event productions.

  • Jalen - Fuse Technical Group

    VIDEO TECHNICIAN

    Jalen holds a degree in English and Creative Writing with a minor in Cinema. His experience as a video production assistant at the University of Iowa gave him hands-on training in live streaming and production logistics. He is eager to bring his creativity and technical skills to the world of live events.

  • Julian - Volt Lites

    LIGHTING TECHNICIAN

    Julian is a Film student at the ArtCenter College of Design, with extensive experience in lighting design, console programming, and electrical systems. His background in theatre and independent contracting makes him a strong asset to the team.

  • Paul - Volt Lites

    LIGHTING TECHNICIAN

    Paul has built his skills through extensive work in college productions, earning the trust of technical directors to program and hang lights independently. With additional experience in carpentry and leadership, he is excited to contribute and grow as a lighting designer.

  • Sam - 3G Productions

    AUDIO TECHNICIAN

    Sam is a Loyola Marymount University graduate with a background in event production, guest services, and venue operations. A former Live Nation apprentice, she has experience in artist and fan services, budgeting, and event logistics, making her a well-rounded addition to the audio team.

Our Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) launched successfully, with applications shared via email, social media, and through our high school and college pre-apprenticeship networks. Our campaign was further amplified through partnerships with California’s Arts, Media, and Entertainment (AME) organization, Bric Foundation, Diversify the Stage, and Amplify Her Voice.
