As our live events technical industry matures, we must transition from a closed system (word-of-mouth, who-you-know) to something more open, equitable, diverse, and inclusive. We choose to hold the door open and guide the next generation into our fold.

EVEN was founded on four pillars to build an end-to-end pipeline from first awareness to first gig and beyond.

EVEN Pillars

Through community engagement we inform underserved communities about the incredible career opportunities in our industry. 

Once interest takes root, we will provide education to those desiring a career in the live event production community. 

A mentor will be paired with the individual throughout their time in the program.

Finally, through the industry partnerships EVEN has fostered, each individual will have the opportunity to interview for one of many paid apprenticeships with our employer partners.
